At Cristallini, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your luxury garment isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cristallini account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the garment in its original designer packaging, ensuring the branded box and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the garment, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
